Business Development Representative

Honda Cars of Aiken seeks a Business Development Representative to drive showroom and online sales growth. In this role, you will qualify leads, schedule appointments, and support customers exploring new and pre-owned Honda vehicles. You’ll use phone, email, and digital tools to follow up with prospects, maintain accurate CRM records, and coordinate closely with sales and finance teams. Success in this position requires strong communication, professionalism, and a customer-first mindset in a fast-paced, team-oriented automotive retail environment.

• Generate and qualify sales leads for new and pre-owned Honda vehicles via phone, email, and showroom traffic
• Schedule and confirm test drives and sales appointments for the sales team
• Conduct needs assessments to match customers with appropriate vehicle options
• Maintain accurate, up-to-date customer records in the CRM system
• Follow up with prospects to nurture relationships and move them through the sales funnel
• Collaborate with sales, finance, and service teams to support a seamless customer experience
• Meet or exceed monthly activity, appointment, and sales goals
• Participate in ongoing product, sales, and customer service training
