Must be able to complete the following:
Lawn Maintenance, Boarding, Lock Changes& Lock Boxes, Minor Repairs, Major Repairs, Eviction Services, Roof Repair,Replacement & Tarps, Winterizations, Prepare Bids & Reports, Inspections, Rehab (GC work if youhave license), Additional items as assigned.
