Responsibilities

• Keep up-to-date with the latest industry trends and Honda product offerings to effectively communicate features and benefits to potential customers.
• Conduct test drives and provide detailed information about vehicle specifications, financing options, and aftercare services.
• Negotiate sales and trade-in deals conforming to dealership policies.
• Maintain a detailed database of all interactions, leads, and transactions.
• Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets.
• Participate in ongoing training and team meetings to enhance sales techniques and improve product knowledge.
