This position involves direct sales of new and pre-owned Ford vehicles, financial planning assistance like loans and leases to a diverse range of customers, and the utilization of expert knowledge in automotive features.

Responsibilities

• Engage directly with customers to determine their vehicle needs and advise on appropriate models and services.
• Achieve personal and team sales goals by executing effective sales strategies.
• Offer detailed information on vehicles, including features, financing, and benefits.
• Conduct price negotiations and finalize sales contracts.
• Maintain a strong, up-to-date knowledge of vehicle inventory, including new launches and service offerings.
• Build and nurture relationships with new customers while maintaining strong ties with existing clientele.
• Handle documentation related to vehicle sales, including transfers, contracts, and DMV paperwork.
