Harsco Rail is seeking a Sales Manager, Aftermarket to drive growth in new aftermarket parts and services across an assigned territory. You will prospect, engage customers in person and virtually, and close deals with a commission-based incentive structure.
The role requires extensive travel, a hunter mentality, and strong skills in prospecting, negotiating, presenting, and closing. A Bachelor's degree and CRM experience are preferred. This position reports to the Director, Aftermarket Sales.
