Conatus Marketing is currently seeking motivated individuals for an Entry-Level Business Management Trainee role in the Greater Columbia area. As a Business Management Trainee, you will develop skills essential for a career in business operations. During the paid training period, trainees will focus on marketing and sales strategies, client acquisition techniques, and leadership capabilities. This position requires in-person attendance in the Greater Columbia area, and we are seeking candidates who are willing to commute. This is an entry-level role designed for individuals eager to gain experience in a professional work environment.

• Attend regular client training meetings to stay informed about industry trends, promotions, and products.
• Establish new customer accounts and maintain existing accounts.
• Plan and execute goals in collaboration with management to meet team sales objectives.
• Engage face-to-face with potential and existing customers on behalf of our clients to uphold brand reputation.
• Maintain regular and effective communication with team members and management.
• Train and develop new representatives.
