Research Program Coordinator
The Arnold Healthy Kids Initiative seeks a Research Program Coordinator to support funded public health research projects. This position is responsible for coordinating day-to-day research activities, participant recruitment and retention, data collection, regulatory compliance, and communication with community partners and funding agencies. Key responsibilities include coordinating research project operations and timelines, developing and implementing participant recruitment and retention strategies, preparing and submitting IRB applications and related compliance documents, training and supporting research staff on study protocols and procedures, managing project records, data collection activities, and progress reports, and collaborating with investigators, community partners, and stakeholders to ensure project success.
Occasional evening and weekend work may be required to support project activities.
Knowledge/Skills/Abilities include expertise in the use of computers and the Internet, a working knowledge of the Microsoft Office package, experience or interest in sleep in children or youth, and strong verbal communication skills and ability to effectively interact with parents, community partner personnel, children, and the community at large.
