** What You'll Do:*
* + Provide customer service to visitors, employees, and contractors by following site-specific access control procedures, security-related policies, and when appropriate, emergency response activities at an industrial location.

+ Control entry and exit by checking identification, verifying authorization, issuing visitor credentials, and managing delivery and contractor check-in and/or check-out in accordance with post orders.

+ Monitor gates, doors, and access points using logs, radios, phones, and electronic access systems, reporting irregularities and maintenance concerns per site procedures.

+ Respond to incidents and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, including coordinating notifications and documenting actions taken.

+ Complete required reports such as access logs, incident reports, and shift activity documentation to help support security-related operations and help to deter unauthorized access.

* Minimum Requirements:

* + Customer Service Experience is preferred.

+ Access Control/Badge Experience is preferred.

+ Alarm Panel Experience is preferred.

+ Comfortable Using Computer or Tablet is preferred.

+ Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.

+ Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.

+ As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.

+ Allied Universal will consider qualified applications with criminal histories in a manner consistent with applicable laws.

+ As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.

+ Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment.
