You will conduct routine patrols, stay highly visible to deter security-related incidents, manage access points, and document activity while delivering outstanding customer service and clear communication. This is a driving post, so you will use a valid driver’s license to move between areas as needed, bringing agility, reliability, innovation, and integrity to every shift.

• Provide customer service to clients by carrying out security-related procedures, site‑specific policies, and when appropriate, emergency response activities.
• Respond to incidents and critical situations in a calm, problem‑solving manner, including contacting site leadership and/or emergency services as directed by post orders.
• Conduct regular and random patrols of offices, production areas, parking lots, and building perimeters to help discourage unauthorized access and/or suspicious activity.
• Monitor access points and interior areas for unusual conditions, including open doors, damaged locks, and/or unattended property, and report concerns per site protocol.
• Complete security‑related reports and logs, document incidents, and communicate relevant information during shift changes and/or as requested by supervision.

• A minimum of 2 or more years of security‑related experience is required.
• Applicants must be 21 or more years of age.
• A valid driver’s license is required in accordance with Allied Universal driver policy requirements.
• Being comfortable using a computer or tablet is preferred.
• Access control and badge experience is preferred.
• Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.
• Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.
• Allied Universal will consider qualified applications with criminal histories in a manner consistent with applicable laws.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.
• Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment.
• A valid driver’s license will be required for driving positions only.
