** What You'll Do:*
* + Provide customer service to tenants, staff, and visitors by following Allied Universal security-related procedures, site-specific policies, and when appropriate, emergency response activities at a retail and mall location.

+ Respond to incidents and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, including assisting with disturbances, medical situations, and/or property-related concerns, and notifying appropriate parties.

+ Conduct regular and random patrols throughout the retail and mall property, including common areas, parking areas, loading areas, and perimeter points, to help to deter unwanted activity.

+ Monitor access points and security-related systems such as CCTV and alarm panels as assigned, and document observations, incidents, and/or maintenance concerns per site procedures.

+ Complete routine reports and detailed incident documentation, communicate key information during shift transitions, and coordinate with site management and local responders as needed.

* + Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.

+ Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.

+ As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.
