Allied Universal - - - Responsibilities:
Provide customer service to visitors, staff, contractors, and/or vendors by carrying out security-related procedures, site-specific policies, and when appropriate, emergency response activities at a government location.;
Control access at entry points by verifying identification, processing sign-in and/or sign-out, issuing temporary badges when directed, and documenting access activity per post orders.;
Monitor doors, gates, alarms, and/or camera systems as assigned, reporting irregular conditions and following escalation protocols.;
Respond to incidents and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, including coordinating with site leadership and local responders when directed.;
Complete required reports and logs, including incident reports, access control logs, and shift activity documentation, and communicate relevant updates during post turnover.
