Armed Security Officer / Waffle House – Columbia, SC, United States of America. Pay: $20.00 per hour.

Shift: Friday & Saturday.

Hours:

9 pm – 5 am or 11 pm – 5 am.

Responsibilities:

• Monitor and patrol assigned areas to prevent and detect signs of intrusion or suspicious activities.
• Respond promptly to alarms and incidents, assessing situations and taking appropriate action.
• Enforce rules and regulations while maintaining a professional demeanor at all times.
• Collaborate with law enforcement agencies as needed during incidents or investigations.
• Document daily activities, incidents, and observations in detailed reports.
• Engage in conflict management strategies to de‑escalate potential threats or disturbances.
• Participate in ongoing training programs related to loss prevention, surveillance techniques, and security protocols.
• Must have own transportation and cell phone.

Qualifications:

• Must have previous armed experience.
• Must have SLED certification.
• High School Diploma or GED required.
