Allied Universal -  - Responsibilities:
Provide customer service to residents, guests, and/or visitors by carrying out site-specific procedures, access-related protocols, and when appropriate, emergency response activities;
Respond to incidents, disturbances, and/or resident concerns in a calm, professional, problem-solving manner, documenting relevant details and communicating observations to property management and/or Allied Universal leadership;
Conduct regular and random patrols throughout residential buildings, common areas, parking areas, and perimeter locations to help identify unusual activity, property-related concerns, and/or potential security-related issues;
Monitor entrances, exits, and amenity areas to help support community rules, observe visitor activity, and report maintenance, lighting, and/or access control concerns;
Complete routine reports, logs, and incident documentation related to patrol activity, resident interactions, and/or notable conditions at the location
