Allied Universal - - Responsibilities:
Provide customer service to clients, visitors, and employees by carrying out security-related procedures, site-specific policies, and/or appropriate emergency response activities;
Conduct regular and random patrols throughout offices, common areas, parking areas, and the perimeter to deter unauthorized access and/or suspicious activity;
Monitor entry and exit points, check badges or visitor credentials when required, and report access control concerns;
Support site operations by maintaining a visible presence, providing directions and assistance, and completing required reports related to daily activities, incidents, and/or security-related concerns;
Respond to incidents, unusual activity, and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, documenting observations and communicating with site contacts and/or emergency personnel as needed
