Part Time

$13.00 / Hour

• Mon: 12:00 AM – 08:00 AM
• Tue: 12:00 AM – 08:00 AM

• Provide customer service to residents, guests, and/or vendors by carrying out access control procedures, site‑specific policies, and when appropriate, emergency response activities at a residential location.
• Monitor entry and exit points, verify visitor credentials and/or resident authorization, and document arrivals, departures, and other security‑related activity in accordance with post procedures.
• Respond to incidents and critical situations in a calm, problem‑solving manner, escalating concerns to property management, first responders, and/or Allied Universal leadership as needed.
• Conduct regular and random patrols around residential buildings, common areas, parking areas, and perimeter locations to help deter unauthorized access and/or unusual activity.
• Communicate professionally with residents and visitors while providing directions, answering questions, and reporting maintenance concerns, hazards, and/or policy violations to the appropriate contacts.

• Alarm panel experience is preferred.
• Access control and/or badge experience is preferred.
• Comfortable using a computer or tablet is preferred.
• Customer service experience is preferred.
• Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.
• Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.

• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.
• Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment.
• A valid driver’s license will be required for driving positions only.
