Security Officer Enhanced Part Time

Location: Pawleys Island

Allied Universal -  - Responsibilities:
Provide customer service to residents, guests, and/or visitors by carrying out security-related procedures, location-specific policies, and when appropriate, emergency response activities;
Respond to incidents, disturbances, and/or critical situations in a calm, professional, problem-solving manner, and document observations in accordance with site expectations;
Conduct regular and random patrols throughout residential buildings, common areas, amenities, parking areas, and perimeter locations to help to identify unusual activity and/or maintenance concerns;
Monitor access points and visitor activity, verify authorized entry when required, and report suspicious behavior, policy violations, and/or hazards to the appropriate contact;
Support a welcoming residential environment by answering routine questions, providing directions, and communicating with residents, guests, management, and/or first responders as needed
