Hourly Pay: $14.00 / hour (potentially $14–$15 per hour based on contract, position, experience)
Job Description L4 Security and Consulting Group LLC, a private security agency owned and operated by former law enforcement officers, is seeking qualified Security Agents to provide unarmed security services at a variety of client sites, including federal facilities, manufacturing and distribution plants, schools, churches, and retail locations.
Applicants are expected to pass a comprehensive background investigation and drug screening, and to comply with ongoing random drug testing.
Qualified candidates will receive ongoing training, career advancement opportunities, and access to company healthcare plans.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities Protect property and lives.Monitor entrance/egress of property.Identify visitors and verify appropriate documentation.Guard against theft and maintain security.Respond to alarms and calls of distress.Complete accurate daily and incident reports.Prevent passage of prohibited vehicles into restricted areas.Prevent access to unauthorized persons.Inspect and adjust security systems, equipment, and machinery to ensure operational use.Regulate and monitor building systems.Inspect windows and doors to ensure locks are working.Complete all required security logs.Communicate effectively with client management, employees, and visitors.Qualifications
High School diploma or GED.Age 18 or older.Professional appearance and ability to wear a uniform.Excellent customer service skills, verbal and written.Ability to remain alert and manage escalated or emergency situations.Multi‑tasking ability.Computer proficiency and ability to operate security devices.Ability to obtain any required client–specific training or licensure.Physical Demands
Stand and walk for extended periods; physical strength and stamina required as per job demands.
