Lieutenant of Operations - Corporate Security - Dillon

Job Description

• Demonstrates competence in recruiting, interviewing, selecting, and hiring staff to meet the needs of the Organization.
• Responsible for the overall supervision and administrative functions at the assigned McLeod Health Campus.
• Directs the local Emergency Management Program to include, Training, Drills, and Preparedness.
• Monitor, Investigate, Review, and Compile data from complaints, incident reports, and other sources for trends and improvement opportunities.
• Maintains a quiet, safe environment at the assigned McLeod Health Campus.
• Conducts Annual Employee Appraisals
• Perform other duties as assigned.

Work Schedule:

80 hours bi-weekly

• 5 years in Hospital Security with two years in relevant Management or the equivalent in education, training and experience

High School/Ged

After hire, must obtain:

• Heartsaver
• Crisis Prevention Institute
• Security Weapon Permit
