State of South Carolina Department of Corrections is seeking a Shift Supervisor to oversee housing unit security, supervise inmates and custody, and ensure compliance with security, safety and sanitation standards.
The role includes investigations, counts, staff evaluations, counseling and training, reporting, and performing Shift Lieutenant duties when needed. Eight weeks of SCDC Basic Training are required on hire, with a high school diploma and related experience as minimum requirements.
