As an Unarmed Patrol Officer at a manufacturing and industrial location, you will conduct routine patrols, monitor assigned areas, support access control activities, and remain visible to help deter security-related incidents. You will provide outstanding customer service and clear communication while contributing to a professional environment.

** What You'll Do:*
* + Provide customer service to clients by carrying out security-related procedures, site-specific policies, and, when appropriate, emergency response activities at a manufacturing and industrial location.

+ Respond to incidents, alarms, access-control concerns, and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, escalating matters according to site procedures.

+ Conduct regular and random unarmed patrols of production areas, warehouses, parking areas, exterior grounds, and the facility perimeter to help identify and report unusual conditions.

+ Monitor access points and visitor activity, verify credentials as directed, and maintain accurate logs and incident documentation.

+ Communicate observed hazards, maintenance concerns, and security-related issues to appropriate site contacts and Allied Universal leadership.

* Minimum Requirements:

*
* + At least 2 years of security-related experience is required.

+ At least 2 years of law enforcement, military, and/or corrections experience is required.

+ Comfortable using a computer or tablet is preferred.

+ Customer service experience is preferred.

+ Access control and badge experience is preferred.

+ Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.

+ Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.

+ As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.

+ Allied Universal will consider qualified applications with criminal histories in a manner consistent with applicable laws.

+ As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.

+ Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment.
