** What You'll Do:*
* + Provide customer service to clients, employees, visitors, and delivery personnel while carrying out security-related procedures, site-specific policies, and emergency response activities at an automotive manufacturing location.

+ Conduct regular and random unarmed patrols of production areas, parking areas, access points, offices, and the facility perimeter to help identify and report unusual activity, hazards, and maintenance concerns.

+ Monitor access to the location by checking credentials, verifying visitor and contractor authorization, maintaining visitor logs, and following established entry and exit procedures.

+ Respond to incidents, alarms, and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner; notify appropriate personnel and document activities in accordance with site procedures.

+ Complete accurate daily activity reports, incident reports, and shift communications, and assist with traffic, delivery, and access-control needs as assigned.

* Minimum Requirements:

* + Have at least 2 years of security-related experience.

+ A valid driver's license is required in accordance with Allied Universal driver policy requirements.

+ Ability to lift more than 20 pounds is preferred.

+ Access control and badge experience is preferred.

+ Alarm panel experience is preferred.

+ Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.

+ Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.

+ As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.

+ Allied Universal will consider qualified applications with criminal histories in a manner consistent with applicable laws.

+ As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.

+ Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment.
