- Prepare vacant apartments for new residents
- Maintain building systems: electrical, plumbing, HVAC, carpentry
- Maintain pool and amenities (CPO required)
- Respond to after-hours emergencies (on-call rotation)
- Uphold OSHA, EPA, and Fair Housing standards
- Track supply inventory and equipment maintenance
- EPA Certification (Type II or Universal) - Preferred
- Certified Pool Operator (CPO) - Preferred
- Minimum 2 years of maintenance experience (multifamily preferred)
- HVAC experience preferred
- High school diploma or GED
- Strong communication and problem-solving skills
- Own basic tools and have reliable transportation
- Ability to work outdoors and walk the property regularly
- Bilingual skills a plus, but not required
