Job Title:
Maintenance Mechanic Lubricator/Apprentice

Hours: 6PM-4AM

Monday-Friday

• 1.1 Must follow all safety regulations required by Company and OSHA.
• 1.2 Locates sources of problems by observing mechanical devices in operation; listening for problems; using precision measuring and testing instruments.
• 1.3 Required to shadow A class mechanic and/or Area Leader
• 1.4 Assist on jobs when needed
• 1.5 Must observe and learn process of production and equipment knowledge
• 1.6 Removes defective parts by dismantling devices; using hoists, cranes, and hand and power tools; examining form and texture of parts.
• 1.7 Maintains equipment, parts, and supplies inventories by checking stock to determine inventory level; anticipating needed equipment, parts, and supplies.
• 1.8 Conserves maintenance resources by using equipment and supplies as needed to accomplish job results.
• 1.9 Maintains continuity among work teams by documenting and communicating actions, irregularities, and continuing needs
• 1.10 Required the ability to effectively PM and lubricate equipment to the desired specifications
• 1.11 Maintains safe and clean working environment by complying with procedures, rules, and regulations.
• 1.12 Have a working understand of food safety requirements as outlined in BRC, SQF and USDA.
• 1.13 Contributes to team effort by accomplishing related results as needed.
• 1.14 Fill out Daily Maintenance Form.
• 1.15 Other duties may be assigned
• 1.16 Required to stay in role for 1 year before advancement opportunities in another mechanical skill class
• 1.17 May require working from heights with equipment such as boom lift, scissor lift, or ladder.
