We are seeking a reliable and skilled Handyman / Maintenance Technician to join the Sea Dragon Home Services team. This role requires a versatile individual with a strong work ethic, attention to detail, and the ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently.

This position plays a key role in ensuring our clients’ properties are safe, functional, and well-maintained. While prior experience is expected, Sea Dragon also provides hands-on training to ensure all work meets our high standards of quality and professionalism. We take pride in delivering dependable, detail-oriented service, and we expect every team member to share that commitment.

• Perform general repairs including plumbing, electrical work, carpentry, and painting, pressure washing, lawn maintenance and more.
• Install and repairs
• Assess repair needs and provide cost-effective solutions
• Maintain tools and equipment in good working condition
• Ensure all work complies with safety standards and building codes
• Collaborate with team members
• Document completed work and report on ongoing maintenance issues
• Maintain job sites safety and cleanliness
• Work with supervisors and assistants at job sites efficiently
• other duties as assigned by supervisors

• Proven experience as a Maintenance Person or in a similar handyman roles
• Strong knowledge of home systems, carpentry, and general repairs and maintenance.
• Strong knowledge and experience with tools
• Ability to troubleshoot issues efficiently and effectively
• Excellent problem-solving skills with attention to detail
• Ability to operate hand tools and power equipment safely
• Ability to lift 70lbs
• Ability to climb ladders and not afraid of heights
• Good communication skills to interact professionally
• Valid driver's license for traveling between job sites
