GO DESi has since evolved into a thriving packaged food brand, offering treats like DESi POPz across 30,000+ stores nationwide.

We aim to reinvigorate the 'desi foods' category by overcoming barriers and expanding its appeal.

• Attend breakdowns, identify faults, and problem solve with minimal downtime.
• Carry out diagnosis of faults, maintenance, and repairs to all types of plant and equipment in a safe, timely, and professional manner.
• Identify and escalate any activity that has the potential to cause harm or damage.
• Report breakdown of root causes, equipment faults, and concerns to management.
• Ensure all work is undertaken to a high-quality standard and adheres to all quality standard regulations.
• Ensure company targets are met in respect of the quality of products.
• Assist in the development of preventative maintenance (PM) schedules.
• Carry out PM schedules as necessary and planned work orders as required, and provide feedback to develop the system.
• Assist with the moving, installation, and repositioning of machines and equipment.
• Log completion of work on all required maintenance reports and checklists.

• ITI or Diploma in Electrical Engineering.
• 1-2 years of experience as an Electrician.
• Excellent technical knowledge of Control Panel, DG, and Electrical wiring.
• Very good knowledge of both Mechanical and electrical.
• Experience in the food industry will be an added advantage.

• Daily inspections of equipment for potential issues, checking of leaks, wear & tear.
• Attend breakdown of the daily issues, with minimal time.
• Maintaining all the tools and equipment.
• Adjusting equipment settings and recording the settings.
• Improvement in the factory infrastructure, including plumbing, civil work as per the requirements.
