Our client, a leader in industrial facilities management, is seeking a Maintenance Technician to join their team in West Union, SC.

Pay Range: $25-30 per hour

Shift:
Evenings (08:00-17:00)

• Perform preventive maintenance, diagnostics, and repairs on HVAC systems including chillers, boilers, rooftop units, and air handlers.
• Respond to service calls, identify system failures, and implement effective solutions to ensure building comfort and operational efficiency.
• Maintain accurate service records and document work orders using computerized maintenance management systems.
• Support general facilities operations such as electrical work, plumbing repairs, lighting maintenance, and minor carpentry tasks.
• Coordinate with contractors for specialized work and assist with emergency response procedures.

• EPA Universal Certification (Type I, II, and III) is mandatory.
• Minimum of three years of hands‑on experience servicing commercial HVAC systems.
• Strong knowledge of HVAC theory, refrigeration cycles, and energy management principles.
• Ability to work in mechanical rooms, rooftops, and confined spaces, lifting up to 50 pounds.
• Comfortable working in varying temperature conditions and responding to after‑hours emergencies on a rotating schedule.
