Spratlin Electric is seeking a skilled and motivated Commercial Electrical Foreman to lead field operations on commercial projects throughout the Columbia, SC area. This is a hands‑on leadership role for an experienced professional who takes pride in exceptional workmanship, jobsite safety, and guiding teams to successful project completion.

• Lead, supervise, and mentor electricians and apprentices on active commercial job sites
• Manage daily field operations across one or multiple commercial projects
• Read and interpret blueprints, wiring diagrams, and electrical schematics
• Oversee installation of conduit, panels, switch gear, transformers, lighting systems, and power distribution
• Ensure compliance with OSHA regulations, NEC requirements, and company safety standards
• Coordinate with project managers, general contractors, inspectors, and other trades
• Maintain productivity, quality control, and jobsite organization
• Troubleshoot electrical issues and provide practical, field‑ready solutions

• 5+ years of experience in commercial electrical construction
• 2+ years of experience in a foreman, lead electrician, or supervisory role
• Strong working knowledge of the Electrical Code (NEC)
• Proven hands‑on experience with commercial wiring, lighting systems, panels, and distribution equipment
• Demonstrated leadership ability with a focus on teamwork, accountability, and deadlines
• Excellent communication, problem-solving, and organizational skills
• Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation
• South Carolina Journeyman or Master Electrician license
