OverviewPulliam Restoration is seeking a driven, dependable Restoration Technician to join our mitigation team. Restoration is not a desk job; it is physical, fast‑paced, and high‑responsibility work that directly impacts people during some of the most stressful times of their lives.

- Emergency response to residential and commercial losses
- Water extraction, equipment setup, and monitoring
- Moisture mapping and job documentation
- Controlled demolition and removal of damaged materials
- Cleaning, sanitation, and containment setup
- Operating specialized drying and restoration equipment
- Maintaining organized job sites, vehicles, and equipment
- Communicating professionally with clients and project managers
- Adhering strictly to safety standards and company procedures
Restoration is an on‑demand industry. This is a full‑time position that routinely requires extended hours, overtime, and on‑call availability. Work weeks often range between 45-50 hours
, and may exceed that during storm events or high‑volume periods. The role is best suited for individuals comfortable working long hours, who understand that emergency response does not operate on a 9‑5 schedule, value strong earning potential through overtime, and take pride in being dependable when clients need us most. If you are seeking a consistent 40‑hour workweek with minimal overtime, this role may not be the right fit.

- Valid driver's license with clean driving record
- IICRC certifications (WRT, ASD, AMRT, etc.)
- OSHA 10 or 30
- Construction or mitigation experience
- Starting at $18 per hour minimum
- Higher pay based on experience, certifications, and performance
