Established company with long-term growth opportunitiesResponsibilitiesDiagnose, troubleshoot, and repair residential HVAC systems independently

Perform advanced diagnostics on air conditioning systems, heat pumps, furnaces, and ventilation systems

Complete preventative maintenance and system inspections

Identify repair issues quickly and provide customers with clear solutions

Deliver exceptional customer service on every service call Complete service documentation accurately and thoroughly

Follow company safety procedures and quality standards

Recommend repair and replacement solutions when appropriate

Work closely with dispatch and management teams to maintain daily efficiency

Assist in mentoring junior technicians when neededQualificationsRequiredMinimum 5+ years of HVAC service technician experience

Strong diagnostic and troubleshooting skillsEPA Certification required

Experience servicing residential HVAC systems independently

Valid driver’s license with clean driving record

Strong communication and customer service skills

Ability to work independently with minimal supervisionPreferred

Experience with heat pumps, split systems, package units, and gas furnaces

Light commercial HVAC experience NATE Certification preferred but not required

Experience mentoring junior technicians
