Carolina Custom Air- HVAC Maintenance Technician

Compensation

$20.00 - $25.00 per hour plus commission.

• Work under the supervision of a qualified Lead HVAC Technician.
• Assist with troubleshooting HVAC equipment.
• Maintain accurate logs of all work performed.
• Ensure our reputation for superior service is maintained during all customer interactions.
• Perform additional duties as required, including special projects.

• 1-3 years of HVAC maintenance, service, or installation experience.
• Valid driver’s license with at least 3 years of U.S. driving experience.
• Professional attitude at all times.
• Ability to follow verbal and written directions and take direction from Lead workers and Supervisors.
• Ability to report to work on time each workday.
• Compliance with all safety rules and basic safety knowledge of tools and surroundings.
• Ability to use a ladder safely, work in close spaces (attics, crawl spaces, rooftops), and use a tape measure correctly.
• Ability to carry 50 lbs overhead with assistance.
• Commitment to developing customer service skills.
• Willingness to invest in tools.

• HVAC Trade School Certificate (not required).
• EPA Universal Certification (not required).
