Walker White Mechanical, a trusted leader in HVAC, plumbing, and sheet metal fabrication in the Greater Columbia, SC area, is now accepting applications for our 2026 Entry‑Level Apprenticeship Program. This four‑year paid apprenticeship provides hands‑on, classroom, and on‑the‑job training in Sheet Metal, Plumbing, HVAC, and/or Pipe fitting, setting you up for a long‑term, rewarding career in the skilled trades.

• Starting pay of $16/hour
• Guaranteed raises every six months

• All training, books, and education are 100% paid for
• No tuition. No student loans.

• Work side‑by‑side with experienced tradespeople
• Learn on real projects using industry‑standard tools and equipment

• Skilled trades are in high demand

• Hiring up to 30 apprentices
• Start dates available now through September 2026

• Assist journeymen and experienced professionals on HVAC, plumbing, pipe fitting, and sheet metal projects
• Read and interpret blueprints, drawings, and schematics
• Safely use hand and power tools, equipment, and materials
• Follow all job‑site safety standards and protocols
• Build the technical, problem‑solving, and teamwork skills needed for a successful career over the next four years

• High school seniors or recent graduates (we’ll work around your graduation schedule)
• Individuals with little or no experience
