Aerotek - - Responsibilities:
Install, inspect, maintain, and repair HVAC and refrigeration systems throughout campus facilities;
Respond promptly to service calls and work orders related to HVAC, mechanical, electrical, and general building maintenance issues;
Troubleshoot HVAC, electrical, mechanical, and plumbing problems and implement effective, timely repairs;
Perform preventive maintenance on HVAC and related building systems to minimize downtime and extend equipment life;
Carry out general facilities maintenance tasks, including carpentry, painting, drywall repair, and basic plumbing work;
Ensure all work complies with EPA guidelines, institutional safety standards, and applicable codes and regulations;
Collaborate with other trades and maintenance personnel to complete multi-disciplinary repairs and projects
