Landscape Construction Crew Member

In this role you will assist in the installation and construction of various landscaping projects, including hardscapes, softscapes, irrigation systems, and other outdoor features. This is a physically demanding job that requires teamwork, attention to detail, and a strong work ethic. Crew members directly report to Crew Leaders, Project Supervisors, or Construction Project Managers.

• Understand and follow Greenery safety protocols and procedures
• Prepare job sites by digging, grading, and leveling
• Install irrigation systems and drainage solutions
• Plant and sow installations
• Install hardscape items such as patios, walkways, and retaining walls
• Load, unload, and transport materials to and from job sites
• Operate and maintain tools and small machinery such as skid steers and compactors
• Maintain a clean and organized work environment and equipment
• Support crew leaders and team members in completing projects on time and to Greenery quality standards

• Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation preferred
• Strong communication skills and ability to work effectively in a team
• Willingness to learn and take direction
• Bilingual (English/Spanish) is preferred but not required

• High school graduate or equivalent desired
• Previous experience in landscaping, construction, or a related field preferred
• Familiarity with landscape construction tools and equipment is preferred

• Outdoor work environment in varying weather conditions
• May require lifting up to 50 lbs and working with tools or machinery
• Exposure to machinery, dirt, and dust
• May require occasional overtime, including weekends
• May require travel to outside locations and overnight stays

Bonus will be paid out upon completion of 90 days of employment with total net amount paid after taxes.

Salary: $17.00 - 20.00 per hour
