Job Summary
The Project Lead - DAS will act as the on-site coordinator and supervisor of several Crew Leads - DAS for installation projects. The Project Lead - DAS's tasks will include ensuring job completion according to company and customer quality and safety requirements while maintaining the efficiency of the staff assigned to the project. Job Duties and Responsibilities- Run major project crews consistently and assume responsibility for effective performance.
- Provide necessary training to crew members.
- Adhere to company and customer safety and quality guidelines, holding weekly safety meetings.
- Initiate performance‑related communications and, if necessary, elevate issues to the Project Manager.
- Coordinate with the Project Manager/Project Lead to ensure productivity, job completion, and compliance with the project budget.
- Fully complete all IES Communications, LLC. and project paperwork accurately and on time, including timesheets, material transfers, work orders, change orders, tool transfers, and other required documents.
- Perform quality checks and serve as the main on‑site customer contact for questions and concerns; attend facility and construction meetings when required.
- Perform work consistently with a detailed level of technical knowledge, troubleshooting and resolving technical issues as they arise.
- Complete other responsibilities as assigned.
Salary:
Minimum USD $38.00 per hour. Maximum USD $45.00 per hour.

Must have proven problem‑solving skills, critical thinking skills, and the ability to effectively read, write and give oral presentations. Must be able to work at heights, off a ladder, and in confined spaces, lift up to 50 pounds and move up to 75 pounds.
Must be able to stand and walk large job sites regularly. Must be able to see and distinguish different colors, read small print, and hear and recognize audible signals such as dial tones. Must be enthusiastic, passionate, patient, and a critical thinker. Must be able to communicate with the customer and have excellent customer service skills. Must be able to travel within branch territory and/or regional territory as needed.

Must possess at least a High School diploma or GED equivalency. Must possess a minimum of three years of experience in telecommunications or related technical field, with strong emphasis in DAS and experience integrating public safety and cell carrier technologies into in‑building coverage systems. Must have experience with common DAS equipment, including fiber DAS, repeaters, coaxial cable, CAT 5 cable, antennas, splitters, fiber cable, etc.
Must hold or obtain a FCC General Radiotelephone Operator License (G.R.O.L.) within two weeks of hire. Must possess a minimum of twelve months of supervisory and/or managerial experience. Must be proficient in the commissioning process of multiple manufacturers such as ADRF Technologies, Comba Telecom, Comm Scope, SOLiD Tech, and Corning. Must be proficient in the use of spectrum analyzers including Keysight, Agilent, Anritsu models, and/or PCTel.
Must have experience with PIM testing and working knowledge of RF test equipment such as an Anritsu tester or similar spectrum analyzer. Minimum years of experience: 2-4 years. No minimum education beyond High School; a license is required.
