Our company has been servicing residential pools in the greater Charleston area for decades. We provide detailed and dependable service, rain or shine. Our customers and employees are like family to us, and we take pride in our work.

We are looking for a Service Technician to provide excellent customer service by cleaning and maintaining residential pools with consistency, attentiveness, and proactivity.

Job expectations include:

• Manage multiple daily swimming pool routes according to the highest levels of personalized service
• Keep accurate records of service visits and document customer service actions and discussions
• Proactively identify necessary equipment repairs and notify the office
• Take ownership of customers' issues and follow problems through to resolution
• Keep apprised of the industry’s developments and apply best practices to areas of continuous improvement

• Proficiency in English
• Ability to work independently and complete jobs to the highest level of quality
• Attention to detail and cleanliness
• Strong client-facing and communication skills
• Ability to lift 50lbs
• Valid drivers license
• Willingness to submit to and pass pre-employment background checks and drug screenings in addition to random drug tests during employment.

This job is highly autonomous and independent, with flexible 8-hour daily shifts available five (5) days a week between 7:30am-6:00pm. Saturday's are mandatory. Sunday's and additional flex day during the week off (excluding Saturday) with additional PTO days during 6 major holidays.
