Palmetto Sitework Services seeks a skilled Utility Foreman to oversee underground utility installation projects in Orangeburg, SC. You will lead crews, interpret plans, and ensure safety and quality on water, sewer, and storm drainage work across residential, commercial, and municipal sites.
Candidates should have 3–5 years in underground utilities with foreman or lead-man experience, strong knowledge of trench safety, pipe materials, and laser levels, and a valid driver’s license preferred.
