Latitude Margaritaville Daytona Beach is seeking a Maintenance Technician to ensure all mechanical systems and common areas are properly maintained. You will work from daily work orders, perform routine repairs across carpentry, electrical, HVAC, plumbing, and more, and support event setup.
A high school diploma and 2 years in building trades are preferred. On-site full-time position with weekend availability and driving to different locations as needed.
