HVAC Technician

We’re seeking a dependable and skilled HVAC Technician to join our team. In this role, you’ll be responsible for installing, maintaining, troubleshooting, and repairing a variety of heating, ventilation, and air conditioning systems for both residential and commercial clients. Your work will ensure systems are running efficiently, meet industry standards, and provide top-notch service to our customers. In this role, you’ll earn $25 -$35 an hour and enjoy weekly pay, health insurance benefits, and a flexible work schedule.

We are seeking only Qualified HVAC Techs or Installers with EPA 608 for this opening.

• Installations & Repairs:
  Perform HVAC system installations, replacements, and repairs in compliance with industry standards and manufacturer specifications.

• Maintenance:
  Conduct routine inspections, cleaning, and adjustments to keep HVAC systems running efficiently.

• Diagnostics:
  Identify and troubleshoot mechanical or electrical issues, offering effective solutions.

• Customer Interaction:
  Communicate findings, repair options, and maintenance recommendations to customers in a clear and professional manner.

• Safety Compliance:
  Adhere to all safety protocols, including proper handling of refrigerants and compliance with OSHA and EPA regulations.

• Documentation:
  Maintain accurate records of service calls, work performed, parts used, and any recommendations for future service.

• Minimum of 2 years of HVAC experience required

• HVAC certification or trade school education is a plus.

• EPA Section 608 certification is required.

• Strong knowledge of HVAC systems, diagnostic tools, and repair techniques.

• Ability to troubleshoot and repair both mechanical and electrical components.

• Excellent communication and customer service skills.

• Basic proficiency with mobile devices and service management software.

• Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record.

• Ability to pass background checks and drug screenings.

• Flexibility to work varying schedules, including evenings, weekends, and on-call shifts.

• Ability to work in extreme temperatures, confined spaces, and at heights.

• Frequent standing, walking, bending, and lifting of equipment/materials up to 50 pounds.

• Comfortable using hand and power tools in potentially noisy environments.
