HVAC Technician
We’re seeking a dependable and skilled HVAC Technician to join our team. In this role, you’ll be responsible for installing, maintaining, troubleshooting, and repairing a variety of heating, ventilation, and air conditioning systems for both residential and commercial clients. Your work will ensure systems are running efficiently, meet industry standards, and provide top-notch service to our customers. In this role, you’ll earn $25 -$35 an hour and enjoy weekly pay, health insurance benefits, and a flexible work schedule.

We are seeking only Qualified HVAC Techs or Installers with EPA 608 for this opening.
Key Responsibilities:Installations & Repairs:
Perform HVAC system installations, replacements, and repairs in compliance with industry standards and manufacturer specifications.Maintenance:
Conduct routine inspections, cleaning, and adjustments to keep HVAC systems running efficiently.Diagnostics:
Identify and troubleshoot mechanical or electrical issues, offering effective solutions.Customer Interaction:
Communicate findings, repair options, and maintenance recommendations to customers in a clear and professional manner.Safety Compliance:
Adhere to all safety protocols, including proper handling of refrigerants and compliance with OSHA and EPA regulations.Documentation:
Maintain accurate records of service calls, work performed, parts used, and any recommendations for future service.
Experience:
Minimum of 2 years of HVAC experience required
HVAC certification or trade school education is a plus.
EPA Section 608 certification is required.
Strong knowledge of HVAC systems, diagnostic tools, and repair techniques.
Ability to troubleshoot and repair both mechanical and electrical components.
Excellent communication and customer service skills.
Basic proficiency with mobile devices and service management software.
Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record.
Ability to pass background checks and drug screenings.
Flexibility to work varying schedules, including evenings, weekends, and on-call shifts.
Ability to work in extreme temperatures, confined spaces, and at heights.
Frequent standing, walking, bending, and lifting of equipment/materials up to 50 pounds.
Comfortable using hand and power tools in potentially noisy environments.
