In this hands‑on role, you’ll use advanced techniques like paint refinishing, dent repair, and abrasion correction to recondition damaged wheel rims directly at customer locations, including homes, workplaces, and auto shops—without removing the wheels. We’re looking for detail‑oriented individuals with experience in automotive repair, wheel refinishing, or paint restoration, who thrive in a dynamic, mobile work environment and are passionate about providing exceptional customer service.

• Recondition alloy wheels onsite at customer locations and local tire garages
• Wheel rim maintenance
• Maintain strong relationships with local accounts and customers
• Keep accurate work records
• Maintain clean and organized vehicles, tools, and work spaces
• Safely operate vehicles and equipment in compliance with company policies

• Valid Driver’s License with a Clean driving record
• Ability to lift and carry heavy objects (up to 75 lbs.)
• Experience with hand and power tools (automotive experience is a plus!)
• Strong verbal communication skills and a passion for providing top‑notch customer service
• Ability to work efficiently in a fast‑paced environment
• Must be willing to travel up to 75 miles a day
