Fix It 24/7 is growing in Charleston, and we’re looking for an experienced Residential HVAC Installer who takes pride in quality workmanship, delivers outstanding customer service, and wants to earn great money while working with a team that supports them.

• Install residential HVAC systems, including furnaces, air conditioners, heat pumps, and indoor air quality products
• Perform system replacements and retrofit installations
• Ensure installations meet company quality standards and local codes
• Communicate professionally with homeowners throughout the installation process
• Maintain a clean, organized, and safe job site
• Complete installation paperwork and documentation accurately
• Work closely with field supervisors and support staff to ensure an exceptional customer experience

• Minimum 2 years of residential HVAC installation experience
• Strong knowledge of HVAC systems, tools, and installation best practices
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Strong customer service and communication skills
• Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record
• Ability to lift, carry, and move equipment safely
• EPA Certification preferred

• Average installer makes $75,000-$150,000 per year
