Maintenance Mechanic II
Our client, a leader in industrial maintenance and manufacturing support, is seeking a Maintenance Mechanic II to join their team. As a Maintenance Mechanic II, you will be part of the Facilities Maintenance Department supporting the HVAC/Refrigeration team. The ideal candidate will demonstrate strong problem-solving skills, attention to detail, and a proactive approach, which will align successfully in the organization.

Pay Range: $30.31
Shift: Tuesday through Friday, 7:30 AM - 5:30 PM
What's the Job?
- Perform maintenance, troubleshooting, and repair of HVAC and refrigeration systems including ice machines, refrigerators, freezers, and environmental chambers.
- Work independently on mechanical, electrical, and control systems to ensure equipment operates efficiently and safely.
- Assist in preventive maintenance activities and order parts necessary for repairs.
- Follow safety protocols and GMP policies to maintain a safe working environment.
- Collaborate with team members to improve work processes, reduce costs, and enhance customer satisfaction.
What's Needed?
- High School Diploma or GED equivalent.
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in commercial or industrial HVAC/R system maintenance.
- Proficiency in troubleshooting and repairing HVAC/R equipment, including control systems and refrigeration components.
- EPA certification for refrigerant reclaiming and disposal is preferred.
- Ability to work well with others in a fast-paced, safety-conscious environment.
