Compensation& Perks

- Monday through Thursday
- Consistent 4x10 hour shifts
- Additional hours as project needs dictate
- Manage all mechanical field tasks while contributing to critical installations and resolving technical challenges
- Execute the installation, leveling, alignment, and commissioning of mechanical systems like compressors, pumps, and conveyors to ensure operational efficiency
- Organize daily workflows, including manpower distribution, material staging, and equipment requirements
- Safely maneuver heavy metal components using hoists, forklifts, and overhead cranes to help the team achieve precise equipment placement
- Navigate elevated or difficult work zones while strictly adhering to site safety protocols and OSHA standards
- Ensure the jobsite remains orderly and clean throughout every shift
- Comply with all established safety policies, OSHA regulations, and site‑specific requirements
- Promote a culture of safety by conducting briefings and immediately correcting any hazardous behaviors or conditions
- Support the team in final site cleanup once tasks are finished
- Complete additional responsibilities as requested
- Capacity to balance, climb, lift 50 pounds, and work at significant heights
- Strong hand‑eye coordination for the safe operation of tools and machinery
- Flexibility to handle a variety of tasks that shift throughout the day
- Ability to maintain focus and mobility while working in diverse conditions on active sites
- At least 10 years of relevant experience in industrial mechanical construction
- A strong desire to grow and master the industrial mechanical trade
- Capacity to follow directions and contribute to a collaborative team environment
- Proficiency with power and manual tools, such as calipers, squares, and saws
- Possession of a valid driver’s license
- Aptitude for learning basic computer tasks to document progress and manage communications
While you are expected to provide your own journeyman‑level hand tools, any specialized testing equipment, power tools, or additional gear necessary for specific projects will be supplied.
