HVAC Service Technician

TNT Heating & Air Inc. is a 34-year-old licensed and insured HVAC company servicing both North Carolina and South Carolina. Our concept is to provide efficient and quality work in all areas of HVAC service. From our 24-hour emergency service department to the installation of new equipment, we cover all expectations that heating, and air require while staying up to date on all code requirements.

Position Summary: To provide service and maintenance on residential and commercial heating and air conditioning systems. You will work according to company standards, providing the customer with a high-quality experience.

Hours: Monday through Friday, 7:30 am - 5:00 pm. Must be available for on call (rotational) and OT hours

Required Qualifications:

• Valid driver's license and insurable driving record
• 2 + years of HVAC service and annual maintenance experience
• EPA Universal
• NATE Certification or willing to obtain after 90 days of employment
• Desire to learn and grow a career in the HVAC industry
• Experienced at troubleshooting, repairing, and performing maintenance
• Experience making repair and replace decisions
• Ability to read and interpret wiring diagrams and blueprints
• Ability to consult on customer complaints and give solutions that are beneficial for customer
• Excellent customer service skills
• Organized with the ability to work independently
• Demonstrate willingness to accept responsibility and leadership roles
• Must be able to lift and carry 100 pounds
