Position Summary:We’re looking for a skilled Lead Electrician to oversee residential electrical projects and guide a team of apprentices and technicians. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys problem-solving, leading by example, and delivering exceptional customer service.
Responsibilities:- Lead and complete residential electrical installs, repairs, and troubleshooting
- Mentor junior electricians and ensure all work meets code and safety standards
- Communicate with customers and team members to keep jobs running smoothly
- Maintain clean, safe, and organized job sites
- Valid journeyman or master electrician license greatly preferred
- 4+ years of residential electrical experience
- Strong leadership and communication skills
- Valid driver's license and a clean driving record
