Position Summary

The Industrial Electrical Superintendentisresponsibleforoverseeingallfieldoperationsforindustrialelectricalconstructionprojectswhileensuringworkiscompletedsafely ,onschedule,within budget,andinaccordancewithcustomerspecificationsandcompanyqualitystandards.

Thisroleprovidesleadershiptofieldpersonnel,coordinateswithprojectmanagement,andservesastheprimaryfieldrepresentativeforclientsandsubcontractors.

Theidealcandidatehasextensiveexperienceinautomotivemanufacturingfacilitiesandpossessesastrongbackgroundinindustrialelectricalinstallations,controls,and commissioning.

• Leadandsuperviseelectricalforemen,leads,andelectriciansonindustrialconstructionprojects.
• Coordinatedailyfieldactivitiestomaintainprojectschedulesandproductivity.
• Planmanpowerrequirementsandallocatelaboreffectively.
• Conductdailyplanningmeetingsandcommunicateprojectgoalstofieldpersonnel.
• Workcloselywith Project Managerstoidentifyandresolvefieldissues .
