Braden Fellman Group in Columbia, SC is seeking a hands-on Maintenance Technician to join the on-site team at a multifamily community. You will handle service requests, prepare vacant units for move-in, and help maintain curb appeal.
We prefer 1–3 years of maintenance experience; you should be proficient in plumbing, electrical, appliances and carpentry, with basic HVAC skills. A valid driver’s license and own tool set are required; on-call duties may include evenings and weekends.
