Nesco Resource - - Responsibilities:
Troubleshoot and repair HVAC/R equipment and control systems across production, laboratory, and facility environments.;
Perform mechanical, pipe fitting, and general building maintenance work as part of a multi-skilled trades team, including leading small crews on larger projects when assigned.;
Ensure GMP and safety policies are followed and maintained in accordance with company policies.;
Order parts and install components for HVAC/R equipment, including motors, fans, electrical devices, controllers, and related components.;
Perform preventive and predictive maintenance on plant HVAC/R equipment such as fans, valves, actuators, VAV controllers, pumps, chillers, boilers, and air handling units.
