Pay: Up to $25/Hour

The Systems Group is looking for an energetic individual to be our next HVACR Helper. We are looking for someone to help with the day-to-day issues that pop up but to also be part of the big picture and contribute to the long-term strategy of our operations across the country. • Assist with installations and repairs
• Job site Preparation: unload equipment, carry tools, set up ladders and scaffolding
• Cut, bend, and assemble sheet metal or flexible ducts using hand and power tools
• Change air filters, clean condenser coils, and check basic system operations for preventative maintenance
• Keep and maintain a clean work site
• Work under direct supervision

• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs., climb ladders, work in tight spaces
• Proficient with hand and power tools, such as drills, wrenches, and tape measurers
• Ability to follow multi-step instructions

• OSHA Approved Met-Guard boots (annual company allowance provided)
• Must be able to pass a pre-employment drug screen
• Must have completed the HVACR Employment Ready Certification
