Our client, a leading organization in the engineering and technical services sector, is seeking a HVAC Technician to join their team. As a HVAC Technician, you will be part of the Engineering & Technical Services department supporting a dynamic team of professionals. The ideal candidate will demonstrate adaptability, teamwork, and a proactive approach, which will align successfully in the organization.
Job Title: HVAC Technician
Location: Fort Lawn, SC
Pay Range: $29-31/hr.
What’s the Job?- Maintain mechanical and electrical equipment for commercial HVAC systems at various facilities
- Conduct proactive performance testing to ensure optimal operation
- Perform scheduled maintenance and troubleshooting of HVAC systems
- Collaborate with a team of mobile technicians to meet daily operational goals
- Adapt to different client expectations and work environments daily
- At least 3 years of experience working with HVAC systems
- High school diploma or GED required
- Basic proficiency in Microsoft Office Outlook
- Preferred CFC Certification
- Ability to work well within a team and maintain flexibility in daily tasks
- Opportunity to work in a collaborative and supportive environment
- Potential to extend the assignment or convert to full-time employment
- 3 day weekends! Work schedule of Monday through Thursday, 6:30 AM to 5:00 PM, with 10-hour days
- Engage in meaningful work maintaining essential HVAC systems
