Job Summary
We are seeking an experienced Residential HVAC Installer. This role is responsible for installing HVAC systems in residential homes while delivering high-quality workmanship and excellent customer service.
Essential Functions- Install residential HVAC systems including furnaces, air conditioners, heat pumps, ductwork, piping, and gas lines in accordance with manufacturer specifications and local codes.
- Assemble and install heating and air-conditioning units in residential settings.
- Perform installations independently while maintaining quality and safety standards.
- Read and follow installation plans, layouts, and written instructions.
- Maintain accurate documentation of all work performed.
- Interact professionally with homeowners to ensure a positive customer experience.
- Complete special projects and additional duties as assigned.
- EPA Universal Certification (required)
- 2-3 years of residential HVAC installation experience
- Valid driver's license with an insurable driving record
- Ability to follow verbal and written instructions
- Ability to take direction from Leads and Supervisors
- Strong attendance, reliability, and punctuality
- Commitment to following all safety rules and procedures
- Ability to work in confined spaces including attics, crawl spaces, and rooftops
- Ability to lift and carry up to 50 lbs with assistance
- Ability to safely use tools and ladders
- Willingness to invest in and maintain required tools
- Professional demeanor and customer-focused mindset
- HVAC Trade School Certificate
